TGSG, LLC offices are located just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are a national company, servicing customers in all 50 states. If you can get to a US Post Box or have US Mail Pickup, we will be able to help you get paid for your items. Because we are specifically designed to bring in jewelry by mail and other alternative means, we don't have an expensive retail store or sales people to maintain. This means we can pay more for your old and broken jewelery than pawnshops and other vendors.

How long has the company been in business?
Although TGSG, LLC is a newly formed corporation, our principal members and employees are experienced entrepreneurs, some with extensive jewelry industry credentials spanning over 40 years as a wholesale dealers and retailers.

When your package arrives in our offices, the contents are immediately inspected and then weighed for gold, silver or other precious metals content. We base our offer on the current spot price of these metals, such as the current price of gold, silver, or platinum. This means you will receive the most competitive and fair value for your items. Diamonds over one half carat are priced according to the Four C's: carat weight, color, clarity and cut. We use the latest weekly pricing charts for valuing fine diamonds.

The exclusive Get Gold Cash Recycle Pack includes a welcome and explanation letter, a brochure explaining how to send your items back to us, a poly bag for your items, and a tear resistant Tyvek or bubble envelope to put your items into. Please make sure to complete your Customer Information Form as indicated and return it with your items.

Are my items insured?
If you have a significant quantity of items, please let us know when you receive your Recycle Pack. We will have our customer service group contact you to arrange for insured delivery of your items. All Recycle Packs are automatically insured for up to $100 against theft. When your items are on our premises, they are kept in our insured vault, under lock and key in our secured office premises.
